Absolutely fantastic!! I have the highest praise for Shawn with A&H Locksmith. My first mistake, besides locking my keys in my car, was calling Pop A Lock! After waiting an hour, they said it would take another 30-40 minutes; and this was after me calling to get an update! The technician didn't care that I was with kids, in the cold, late at night at a park that was turning off the lights and locking theIr gates! This unprofessionalism allowed me to cancel and call A&H the next day. What a terrific experience with A&H!! From start to finish! They answered quickly, arrived on time, were friendly and courteous, and to top it off, Shawn unlocked my car!! I will never, ever call Pop A Lock again and thrilled I found a far superior service with A&H! ~ Thayer E

The door would not open when I used the key to the key to “throw” the lock. I was in a parking lot. The tech, Ali was there in 10 mins. He used a device to get into the passenger door. He then dismantled the cover on the driver’s door(the only door that the key goes into other than the trunk); examined the locking mechanism; told me the hand was broken and I would have to replace it. He re-assembled the backing on the door, tested all the functions on door to ensure all was working properly before he left. I’m new to smart phone usage…he assisted me in paying with the scanner, taught me how to clear searches (he had to clear a lot to go back to a screen). He went above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended, would give 6 stars if I could! A & H Locksmith Orlando is awesome - professional, knowledgeable, nice and polite. He fixed up my door lock after attempted theft. When the touchpad lock that I had provided faulty he came out again and installed a new one, free of charge, on a Saturday evening. This is what I call "above and beyond" with regards to customer service! It feels like A & H Locksmith Orlando really cares more about the result then about the money. “Sean”.!! Thank you so much. I called the First number I saw online and Sean answered. I was locked out the house (due to faulty patio sliding door) in the dark. 20 minutes he was at my house. He came with all the tools and equipment needed. 20 minutes later, I was in the house safe. He even sprayed WD-40 to grease the door for easy access. He was fast and very reliable and I’m so thankful for him. I’m so happy now because I’m in the house safe. Thank you again ~ Giovanni M

My son accidentally locked his car keys in the car at home. Had no spare. Car keys placed on drivers seat and he closed door pressing lock button on car door then shutting door, realizing his mistake too late. Early evening. Locksmith, Sean, came within one hour. These guys saved my life! Had an emergency situation with my front door lock at my home. They came promptly (within 30 mins after calling) and got the job done within an hour. They were straightforward about their prices and very reasonable. No surprise charges or after hour fees. Great service and very precise with time. When we asked Shawn how long it will be the wait until he comes to help us getting the car keys left inside the vehicle it was amazing he came right on the dot. Shawn saved the day again! This time, Shawn was able to re program a new FOB for a push start ignition. He came to my house so we saved $$ on a tow to the dealership. Topping that off, the price for a new FOB was better than the dealership. He took care of everything and left us with a new key FOB. This guy is fantastic! Thank you. Thank you. Called at 11pm on a Friday night and my tech I think his name is Yassin (from caller ID) was here before 11:30! Amazing service. He was very professional and done within 5 mins. Shawn was amazing! He heard my frustration because I could not get in my apartment and the Maintance emergency would not respond to me. Finally after an hour they responded and Shawn was nice enough not to charge me and was just happy I was able to get in my unit! Best service in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Guests got locked out due to dead batteries on smart lock. Locksmith was at location and let them in, in less then one hour. Also replaced batteries on smart lock to avoid a similar situation again. Highly recommend ~ Camilo C

A&H Locksmiths services were very quick in response in getting to me in 20min or a little less. The service provider was very friendly and accommodating.
